Maybe it's time for a 2-tier NHS and care sector?

Tier 1: The current service level

Tier 2: A reduced service level for those who are demanding that immigrants leave the UK. Longer waits for tests and treatments, fewer choices, wider catchment areas etc.

To see how Labour stitched the UK up in today's pharmaceutical trade deal with the USA, you have to turn to the US readout of what they're getting in return.

It spells out what was as clear as mud in the UK government's own press release: we will pay more for medicines.

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

If you're traveling this week, your airport definitely has other options. Zero reason to even think about crossing a picket line!

Ironically, PM Carney skipped COP30 in Brazil, to announce that the federal government will fast-track the American-owned Ksi Lisims liquefied natural gas project in British Columbia. 👎😒
