I wonder if the new Melania vanity-project/bribe directed by Jeffrey Epstein cohort, Brett Ratner, will devote any time to the fact that Melania knew Epstein *before* Donald. Or that Epstein introduced Donald to Melania on his plane, where they first had sex. Goodness, was she procured for Donald?
The trailer for Melania’s movie is out.

All of these “missed” Trump redactions that DoJ is redacting after the fact makes me think there are heroes “forgetting” to redact his name here and there.

Moods about “the economy” often bundle three things: your own finances, the broader data, and whether you trust policymakers. Right now, that third piece is dragging the other two down. Fixing policy credibility matters as much as any single rate cut.

US seized another tanker carrying Venezuelan oil, this one not already on the sanctions list for Russian oligarchs and Iran.

Panamanian flagged and belongs to a legal, China-based oil trader.

Unclear what US will do with the cargo, but this looks like at least a partial blockade, an act of war.

I thought "respect" meant treating others as essentially equal to oneself, with regard for who they are and where they came from.

I don't think "respect" means "give me everything I demand, no matter how unjustified, what's yours is mine and I'm taking it, don't object."

So, uh, agree to disagree.
