I agree with Adam; I think he’ll be on a one year deal somewhere in 2026. Not sure what TEX will do beyond all the guys we already know (Osuna, Helman.) I don’t see a ton of FA options that would be a substantial improvement, especially given their cost cutting desire.

They wouldn’t have won the World Series without him. But the sad truth is that year was an aberration for Garcia. Defensively he couldn’t have been better than this season but offensively he’s a player in decline on an offensively challenged team.

We just moved into our new place and sat outside in our new garden tonight de-stressing. Then we got takeout from the cute seafood place across the street (that’s our front door across the street.) The day sucked ass until we finished it up like that.

I am reluctantly coming to the conclusion that The Dictator and his pals will stop at nothing to rig the 2026 elections, including declaring martial law & seizing voting machines for phony “recounts.”

I miss cookie talk! And birthday wishes. My favorite TAG moment was the 110 degree day game where he drank hot chocolate. My wife was at that game and said everyone there was just miserable.
