I listened to his interview with Pod Save, and maybe I’m being simple-minded, but his account seemed honest.

Yes, his posts and his ink are disturbing, but I kind of want to believe in the narrative that any flawed man can have a redemption arc.
But that’s my projection; maybe you are right.

Dunno what to think about Platner.
He owns his own mistakes; he doesn’t deflect, or deny. If anything, he explains his own evolution as a man.
Plus, I like his being genuine and human.

In the best-case scenario, he is not a neutered politician, like many... In the worse, he is a Fetterman 2.0
