Today I start to read UART serial data from my Atlas Scientific USB converter. Starting in few minutes.

Success during stream! My EZO RTD circuit is running after a soldering session! The first step before real sensor metrics flooding in my system.

Hey there! I'm streaming on Twitch right now. Check my profile to get the link 🔥

Trying to add some nice picture but the screenshot is maybe too large 😂. Anyway!

Building Station Knot: Environmental Control, HW & SW!

The answer is NOPE. Plus kids who don't want to sleep 😂

😱 Python lib upgraded, not obs AUR - let's see if I can reinstall just before the stream 😅
January 16, 2026 at 8:15 PM
The next step will be way more challenging but I will have less electronic components to solder.

So tiny !
January 13, 2026 at 11:54 PM
I'm learning to solder with a Radio kit ! Next step will be to solder my Atlas Scientific RTD Ezo! And carrier board
January 13, 2026 at 11:54 PM
And now you have deep ones to put your switch and even bigger ones for the steam deck!
January 9, 2026 at 9:08 PM
I enjoy streaming however, but at this point I use more bandwidth than I bring anything to people 😂. Most of them don't stay more than a minute because guess what: software development is **really* boring for outsiders.

Conclusion: let's just code & write

Also from what I observed, switching from gamedev only content to any kind of dev content didn't work really well. Which I understand, you start to follow a channel for a specific topic so pivoting will always make some people leave.
January 9, 2026 at 6:29 PM
I think that content creation should happen after established products/demo. Otherwise you spend more time on making stuff to entertain people and less on the important things for your business.

Anyway, I'm not even at an important step in terms of community so better to do this now.
January 9, 2026 at 6:29 PM
Because YT doesn't bring anything positive currently I'll pivot to written material on indiedevcasts.com instead. Which I enjoy more and corresponds more to my work. It's also faster. I know it's less engaging but it's not really the point here. I want to build products first.
January 9, 2026 at 6:29 PM
It doesn't work well 😅. More I post content around software development and hardware and less people stay. Same for the views. Gamedev is more entertaining so retention and discovery was better.
January 9, 2026 at 6:29 PM
I think I'll focus on gamedev streams while I struggle on implementing the collision grid + reactive grid. My struggle is too boring for streams.
January 7, 2026 at 12:55 AM
Implementing a reactive grid layout with Leptos is way more complex than I imagined 😂.

I'll need to spend quite some time on collision detection and updating the layout. Can't wait to get this done.

The final result!

🦀🌱 We continue to work on ArkSync and the grid collision detection.

We're building an environmental monitoring and regulation system.

Yes it can totally work this way too! My remote work experience is 90% text interactions, and I think this how it works better with some people.

I can totally just text without never meeting IRL and it will never be an issue.

But to meet new ppl, the easiest seems to be small local events for me 😄
