I don’t know who needs to hear this, but do not ever shrink yourself to be more digestible to somebody else. Know you’re worth and know your value. Only you know what struggles you had to go through to get to where you are today and only you know how that shaped you into who you are today.

Am I the only one that puts up a tree filled with hand picked ornaments that are symbolic, reminders of my accomplishments, or memories of the year. For example, I lost over 40 pounds this year so I have a dumbbell ornament. Each ornament from this year and the years prior create a story.

I never applied for any freaking loan and I keep getting these annoying calls!!! I keep declining, I keep sending them a voicemail, I keep reporting them, I keep marking them as spam and they keep freaking coming! This is harassment and I’m ready to sue!

I woke up this morning at 7 o’clock feeling great still wearing shorts even though it’s 22° outside with flurries falling down! I find that I have more energy when it’s cold as hell outside to run my errands and do shopping. Makes me feel so alive!

Today I start a new medication. NOT covered by insurance. $437/month. GoodRx $175. Doctor said no more Phentermine 37.50mg. It definitely worked but the said one should not be on it longer than 90-days, and said the side effects I had make her uncomfortable Today, I start Contrave 8-90mg.
