Lot at his history: John didn't want the job in the first place. Being a politician was just the only way he could get free healthcare and long vacations. Every Democrat attempt at pushback is a day he has to go into work and he hates it

As I understand it; Some UK folkies released a song making fun of the UK punk of the time. It became a hit. Smelling cash they decided to make a full "punk" album to take advantage of it.

It only sold in Canada.

It is a good pastiche.
