Watched the 1st 3 episodes of Mighty Nein and wow… this show is like, Avatar the Last Airbender levels of good. I’m both angry and impatient that I have to wait a week for the next episode. 😆

Non CR fans are going to love this as much as the Critters. IMHO. 😍

Me? I decided to try baking an “apple rose tart”. A gluten free, dairy free (and hey! I think this ended up vegan too!) apple rose tart.

So not only did Affinity go "freemium" (which always has caveats), they stopped allowing you to purchase the previous version with the universal license a month earlier. :(

Heads up on the new Affinity program.

You can tell them not to use your content to train AI, BUT, there is another AI setting that is on by default until you turn it off.

You need to go to your account settings and switch it off. I just found it switched on by default.

October 4, 2025 marks the date I finished drawing all the pages for Beyond the Road! 🎉 Beyond the Road is my 80+ page graphic novel memoir about rediscovering adventure with chronic illness, told through the lens of a 4-day camper van trip. While I’ve worked on comics in the past (White Angel Vol 1 is still available to read on Tapas), this marks a personal milestone for me since it is my first fully self-contained and full-color book.
