Vinyl and a cyberpunk skyline

Vinyl Scratch atop a building, sitting and leaning back with a carefree attitude while she listens to music. All around her are the neon lights of a cyberpunk city, their glow masking the cracks and ruin around them.

I think this is my first attempt at a cityscape. It was definitely a challenge, and I still feel like I could do better with the textures of the buildings themselves. Maybe I need to look at different brushes or techniques. I do like how Vinyl herself came out, though.

All this to say, hourly customer service work really turns you into a husk sooner or later. I'm sorry I haven't made more progress on ITAV or done more writing this year. I'm going to have to change something soon or I know I really will burn out bad again.

I'm in this constant, half-conscious state of "on-again-off-again" snatching remaining fragments of days to try & make progress other projects; every now & then I look up to realize I haven't stopped plodding on some treadmill or other for weeks. I'm only vaguely aware of where I am some days

So awhile back work moved my schedule around, & they made it so I'm never away for longer than a day. I never have anything like an actual weekend even randomly, & it's seriously started to screw with my perception of long-term time... which was already pretty borked to begin with. :/
