Tichus knows that one day he's going to push himself while training too far, and his body is going to say, "No, you're done, this time it's too much." and just shut down. His loved ones are constantly trying to get him to take it a little easy or cut back, but he physically cannot

Fun fact: This AU is been bumped up to being fully canon! This means that Tichus and Ravla are now both in their 60's, while Alyx and Ada are in their early to mid thirties

Tichus has ridiculous physical strength and is an insanely skilled combatant (think DRK doing the damage of PCT)
This, however, was all achieved because Tichus can not accept that what he has achieved is enough and will continue to push himself in his training until his body gives out and he dies

Briar is non-binary. They drink a Fantasia potion developed by their genderfluid alchemist partner to occasionally switch between fem and masc bodies as they're not overly attached to appearing as either one. (They have a preference for fem so that they can be identical to their twin sister)

I mostly did this because of Ada's new hairstyle and make-up but I also wanted to have a crack at doing the pose and lighting a bit better
