Based off Black Bears and mildly off of the effects of Cabin Fever. The only way one can evolve a Tungstalk is to gain it's trust and then throw that trust all away by trading it.
Though you may not want it back if it does evolve...

Well, turns out spending weeks of spending every day either working, streaming, hosting events, having doctor visits, completing errands, doing chores, trying to help friends achieve goals, or trying to get my own goals rolling will leave me completely wiped out.
