When we moved in we assumed we didn't have a car charger outlet, so we have been swapping in and out with the dryer plug. Finally get around to having someone quote us to put one in and the electrician comes in and is like... "You have one right here under this blank faceplate" lol fuck, oops.

Yup! The water meter is in the ground beside the whole property shut off which is what I resorted to using. Then there's one in our backyard to the house and there is one mounted to the front of our house near our sprinkler valves that I was told was for our sprinklers but appears to be bypassed. :D

Exciting afternoon finding out that the water shut off to our irrigation system that our inspector pointed out to me doesn't actually do anything? Sooo had to shut off water to my property, and an hour of digging later I find the shutoff a foot deep in a garden with no indicator it was there :)

We got 42 different plants going up and this run makes up about 30 of the 136 total plants going in this winter. 170 total for the entire project but we need to get some hardscaping done and that will probably be a next summer project to get ready to plant the remainder of the plants in the winter

Everything existing (what little existed) is getting purged but two of the palm trees and the tree out front (no idea what the tree is yet) and it's all getting replaced with natives. Grass is going next as soon as the parts of the backyard im ready to do are done. 1/3 gardens finished today :3
