Does anyone have any resource recommendations for weight lifting focused meal plans? Looking for something more than "Eat lots of protein". I don't care if it's paid for service, I'm running out of energy to figure it out and piece it together every week and my diet is killing any of my progress.

Couldn't finish our sheet mulching because we ran out of Cardboard 😭 so fucking close to being done it. We have so much mulch left over, ooops.

I drank enough last night to say I was actually drunk for the first time since early 2025 and I am realizing that I just do not like having more than 1-2 drinks any more. I feel like trash and for whattttttt.

Originally was thinking of taking time off from home projects after the landscaping was finished, now that it sorta feels like I can enjoy time inside and outside the house but it seems like the gym overhaul is going to be a thinggg. An exciting thing I'm looking forward to but still a lot of work.

The last of the plants for this year are finally in the Ground. Now to just like... Mulch it all, finish the irrigation, install the bird bath, lighting, and waterfall/pond 😅

COG has been so so so much fucking fun. I had some wild experiences, knocked some things off the old Kink Bucket List and met some of the nicest folks. A very much needed and fulfilling event.
