PR'd a 10K today in honor of my late Uncle's birthday. He ran five miles a day right up until the end at 75 a few years ago and was a constant source of inspiration for my own running. Wish I could tell him I got sober and talk smack about the Sox-Yankees playoff series but I know he's watching.
