Man I am so sick of seeing the fighter jet video in my feed. Like every single person I follow decided they had to quote tweet it so it’s just one after another!

The argument that rescinding laws favoring minorities will lead to a fairer system surely begs the question as to why those laws were enacted in the first place

Was listening to Public Enemy recently and thinking that about rap specifically (not that I listen to much of it these days so maybe I’m wrong).

You can swap bridges for squats if your main goal is glute activation or growth, or if you have knee pain that makes squats uncomfortable. But if your goal is overall leg strength, athleticism, or calorie burn, squats (or a squat variation) are hard to replace.
You can safely do bodyweight glute bridges every day, since they’re a low-intensity, bodyweight exercise that doesn’t create much muscle damage compared to heavy lifting. Think of them more like an activation or mobility drill than a muscle-tearing workout.
Would be interesting to see these as a % of annual income for each decile etc. The positive % change for top 1% would be tiny, the negative % change for bottom 10% very large
I don’t have time to do the calcs but DAC is ridiculously expensive and methane is often flared as a waste product from oil wells, mostly gut feel on this one. Also would prob make far more sense to strike deals with nearby industrial facilities to capture from existing exhaust stacks and transport.
This sounds insane. They could simply burn methane that is presumably available in large quantities in the immediate vicinity, then capture the highly concentrated CO2 from the product rather than trying to capture it from the atmosphere, which is less than 400 ppm CO2.
