Absolutely outrageous that pre-eminent international law expert & former UN Rapporteur Richard Falk was detained& questioned for 4 hours by the CBSA, on his 95th birthday, when entering Canada to attend the Palestine Tribunal on Canadian Responsibility.

With the apparently imminent tabling of a new version of the Strong Borders Act to supposedly fix privacy concerns, it's crucial to not lose sight of how this bill is also an attack on refugee and migrant rights. If those are not addressed, this new version cannot pass.
