I'm angry, horrified and sad for that poor lady just trying to get home and the brave woman helping her. I don't have anything to say about the officers who harassed and shot her other than I hope this video makes the rounds and ensures they're held to accountable. Because they should be.

1 - A traffic cone is placed over the tear gas canister to contain the smoke and limit its spread.
2- Water is poured through the hole at the top of the traffic cone to cool down the canister and extinguish the pyrotechnic device, stopping the gas production.
