He already wasn't going to hold elections. Yes, it's more obvious now, but it was always true. He was obsessed with his vote counts, insisted they rigged every election and already tried to overturn the results once. There aren't gonna be elections

I wish people would stop talking about Nuremberg as the inevitable reckoning - the VAST majority of Nazis were not criminally prosecuted. 13.6 million Germans served during WWII. 201 Nazi leaders were tried at Nuremberg. 201 isn't even a fraction of the people who ran/worked at concentration camps.

My guess is midterms will happen but there’s gonna be a lot of voter suppression. Targeted terrorizing of voters for sure. Lotta brown people staying home. There’s gonna be the appearance of elections but it’s gonna be even more of a sham than it usually is. That’s my assessment.
