If the US Congress fails to immediately impeach, convict and remove a POTUS who initiates a war without their vote in favor, they have given up their power and violated the Constitution just as much as him.

Instead of just offering a complaint, tell folks what you will DO about it, then tell them what they can DO about it, then go DO it.
