Chancy 0.18 is live and now "semi-stable". A highly flexible postgres-based task queue for Python with workflows, global rate limiting, a built-in dashboard, and much more. Already using Postgres and thinking of adding Celery? Try Chancy instead.

@github.com's free copilot update today has broken copilot for @jetbrains.com users with open-source maintainer access. Disable the extension to stop it from popping up a warning once a minute. @ashley.dev do you know if this will get fixed today?

@sentry.io This month is my 10 year anniversary of getting a free open-source sentry account, which is still going to this day and has worked flawlessly in all that time. This investment in open-source lead me to introduce or expand Sentry usage at 4 small companies at over $8k/USD a month.

Having done some work on ActivityPub with Takahe (github.com/jointakahe/t...), I can appreciate Bluesky's relatively seamless federated setup. Much more suitable for the average end user. The suggested lists during setup are also a great way to get new users engaged from the get-go. Nicely done!
