Maybe they need to be more specific by adding official acts following the constitution and rule of law . Nixon was held accountable by Congress & Republicans who valued the rule of law .

Every other Pres in history didn’t need total immunity for official acts. Funny, how they all followed the rule of law & constitution. Along comes the Roberts Court & they give a man convicted of sexual abuse, 34 felony counts business fraud,indicted for jan6 immunity when no man is above the law.

Remember when Stephen Miller claimed the Chicago apartment raid was on a building “filled with Tren de Aragua terrorists”?

Well, DHS has now dropped the number of alleged TdA members arrested in the building from 2 to 1.
Just one "verified" Tren de Aragua member and one U.S. citizen with an active warrant were among the 37, DHS said, without saying how it had verified that gang affiliation. Others taken that day, the agency said, were "illegal aliens."
