Gonna be honest: I think I prefer the combat in the Mario & Luigi RPG’s to the Paper Mario combat. I just like the more traditional EXP gain. I don’t like being able to choose only one gain per level up. And I like how jumps and hammer attacks are not made irrelevant by BP attacks.

I might sound like an idiot for saying this, but if there is a cutscene skip in a game I’m playing, you know I’m using it. I care more about actually playing the game than the story by a mile.

Smash Ultimate Roster, but it's just character from games/series that I have not played. (Side note, I do own Dragon Quest 3 Remastered, Persona 3 Reloaded, and Bayonetta 3 but haven't played them yet)

A lot of people would like Super Paper Mario more if it was an RPG like its predecessors. Like, the progression system and even the story are very RPG. It just needed a RPG battle system.

I played Xenoblade Chronicles 2 a few years ago and immediately quit the first real mission because I thought it was too slow, so today I wiped my save because I was told I’m missing an item that makes combat better…without realizing I could retread to the starting point. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I played Xenoblade Chronicles 2 a few years ago and immediately quit the first real mission because I thought it was too slow, so today I wiped my save because I was told I’m missing an item that makes combat better…without realizing I could retread to the starting point.
