A lot of people would like Super Paper Mario more if it was an RPG like its predecessors. Like, the progression system and even the story are very RPG. It just needed a RPG battle system.

I played Xenoblade Chronicles 2 a few years ago and immediately quit the first real mission because I thought it was too slow, so today I wiped my save because I was told I’m missing an item that makes combat better…without realizing I could retread to the starting point. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Given how Kirby games almost always come with some neat side modes/minigames, you could easily recycle them for a Mario Party like game.

Maybe it’s just me, but I hate it when someone assembles their “hated characters,” and it’s just a bunch of characters who were **intentionally** written to be hated instead of ones that are genuinely poorly written. Like, my most hated characters are those who I think are terribly written.
