The club had a meteoric rise in football terms. I hope they can come through this but it goes to show building a football club is so much more than winning on the pitch.
Hungerford Town | Crusaders chairman says previous funding model where several individuals made personal contributions to the club is not sustainable in the long run.

Going freelance. Having been ‘fired’ in Feb, I was going down a dark path.

But turns out I’ve made a good impression over the last 20 years and people want to pay me for that - which is a huge vote of confidence
Quote this with what you have accomplished in 2025, no matter how big or small
Reading & writing has kept me alive this year.

Somehow, it’s been my most productive year as an author.

One of my Festive traditions used to be heading into Reading on Christmas Eve morning to do the VAST majority of my Christmas shopping, buy way to much in desperation and about 2pm sit in The Horn pub for a pint.

I do not miss this.

Having recently started to ache like the creaky 42-year old I am. I’ve started going to the gym (twice so far).
