Found the culprits! Caught red-handed “pruning” my NSW Christmas Bush (Ceratopetalum gummiferum) and Happy Wanderer (Hardenburgia violecea) - a pair of little corellas. Usually it’s the galahs or eastern rosellas. #australiannativepruners
How many other voices that were not approved by a referendum have such powers to provide implementation plans to the Australian Government? Will there be an envoy representing the rest of us infidels? #auspol

The proposed laws on hate speech could very well backfire on those it’s supposed to protect. Will the protected ones be able to sprout hate speech on others that they deem inferior (other skin colours, tribes, religions)? #auspol

When I see a news site posting starting with “Everything you need to know about…”, I just scroll on past. It’s waste of time and they really don’t tell me “Everything”. How about a summary of the story/article before the link? It can’t be that hard! #movementforlessclickbait

Hiding the threat won’t make it go away. I dread to think how long it will take the world to recover from this. Maybe after it’s all burnt, flooded and blown away.
It appears that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has, within the past week, scrubbed a large amount of climate change content from its official website, as well as *removed human-caused warming* from the discussion on its "causes of climate change" page.

All politicians are like pigs with their snouts in the trough. If they get all expenses paid for both them and their spouse/family, then there is no need to pay them such high salaries. The “guidelines” need scrutiny and revisions to pare back the entitlements. I’ll volunteer to do this for free.
