I hope we can see more media give coverage of these type stories. We need to hear how bad the Red states are hurting in heavy GOP districts. Kentucky is one of the top Red states who have been hurt by GOP policies and are being exposed now.

#Healthcare is very important topic right now and what a better time to push for a Medicare for all program with a national Advantage plan style offering. I hope someone will start a list of hospitals and clinics closed since the 47Bill.
If Republicans cared about families, they wouldn’t gut Medicaid, abandon rural hospitals, or threaten cancer screenings during shutdown brinkmanship. Their priorities are loud and clear: shield the powerful, sacrifice the vulnerable.

Had a wonderful time volunteering at Friendsgiving for those affected by homelessness in Henderson today. Served over 100 meals. Got to speak with dozens of visitors and volunteers. I am here for you. Lets fight to build a community where homelessness is rare and temporary and services are plentiful
