And I’m not sure how true it is, but I also think I saw somewhere that he forgot how old Luke was, hence the stuff with Luke and Annabeth (correct me if that’s wrong). So that’s why I think Rick wants to rewrite them. Not because he doesn’t like the series or anything. (2/2)

I personally think the PJO tv show is meant to be a rewrite of the books, since Rick is helping the development of it (I think). I don’t think he’s trying to replace the original books, I think it’s more he wants to fix errors he made, like the gateway arch, (1/2)
