Complaining about Star Trek being woke is like complaining about Star Trek being set in space. And I'm not sure who he thinks Jim Kirk is, but FFS, the most successful Shatner Star Trek movie is about how Kirk literally saved the whales in an allegory about the climate crisis. Stupid Stephen.
Yeah I don't want him even talking about it. And yes to SFA's first episode being great. And William Shatner doesn't WANT creative control of Star Trek, hahahaha.

The first episode of Starfleet Academy was fantasitc. Apart from Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti who are the cornerstones of the cast, I especially enjoyed the Jem'Hadar/Klingon first officer Lura Thok and Sam the holographic student. Loved the uniforms, the Doctor, the visual effects were stunning.
