I cannot tell you how happy it would make me if all the news agencies got together and sent only one person to the press pool to cover the White House and all they did was film the empty chairs and ask over and over again about the new policy. They could rotate.

I’m just saying it feels like this level of sustained anxiety should be burning more calories than this

I am no one’s expert on political theater, but it seems to me too many Dems believe we need to be convinced that this regime is making things worse to win an election 4 years from now. And I need a party who is willing to meet the moment NOW- no matter what happens with an election 4 yrs from now.

I don’t need Dems to make a case for why this is bad. I need Dems to make some promises because this is bad. What are you going to do tonight? Tomorrow? Next week? Next month?
