After seeing the painting Allegory of a Group No. 78 at the Walker Art Gallery, I looked into the artist Sun Yuan. Not much online, but this is not the conceptual artist with the same name. Sun Yuan is Teacher and Associate Professor at Shanghai Sanda University's School of Art Design and Media.

I'm not sure if life drawing with props is really my bag. It takes away from the simplicity of the discipline and can border on burlesque, I expect. Anyway, it was a gothic theme, so cloaks, chains and skulls etc #lifedrawing #halloween
