On the whole I like my landlords but "just open the windows" is not the way to deal with my apartment being 80 degrees because the radiators don't cut off when the windows are *already open* 🙃

Here we are on the other biggest weekend of the year for many indie bookstores with a reminder that Amazon’s goal this week is that you never step foot in a physical store or even make it as far as the website of your local indie.
Indie Bookstore Day is the biggest day of the year for independent bookstores in North America outside of the holidays. Amazon would rather loss lead so hard they make zero profit on this event than see you get in the habit of visiting your local indie. Don’t fall for it.
it blows that Am*zon is doing a big book sale on Indie Bookstore Day. they’re doing it on purpose to try to squash indie bookstores and I hope whoever came up with that idea stubs their pinky toe every day forever

I do think Yibo should consider hiking the AT for season 3 of ETU. 1) he would love going off-grid for 4-5 months; 2) it is the best; 3) he just should!!
