Spend an entire week porting the game over to a new version of Unity, and lo and behold there's been massive gains (surprising, given that it's Unity). Anyway there's a beta branch for the game now for all these new goodies.

Good god the scalpers and scammers begging for steam keys just NEVER ends. I must have gotten fifteen emails in the past two hours alone from dudes who can't even bother to pretend that they aren't just sending out a premade response.

Some new small changes coming with Underspace's next patch. For starters I've redone the Veil nebula to be more appropriately darker. After all, it's space hell. It should look the part.

In the midst of updating to a newer engine version (haha oh god that's going to suck) some little new bits and features are coming. You can now color and dye your houses, just like your cockpit or your ship.

All additional customization options are in. There's over 300 new housing items, 50+ new dyes, ornaments, and decals for your ship, and various art smugglers, sculptors, and traders you can talk to, plus new rewards, loot, etc.

Houses aren't the only things you can stuff your nonsense into. Cockpits can now be detailed and decorated with the exact same decorating system. No limits, no restrictions, all the consequences.
