Our #SummerSchool |Exploring the intersections of climate change, migration, (im)mobilities, resilience & climate futures| has successfully come to an 🔚 We engaged in critical discussions, learnt from leading scientists in our field and connected with exceptional colleagues 💯

The past few weeks have been a very busy and enriching time for our team ⏩ Last week, we attended #ECMN25 where we exchanged ideas with colleagues from around the 🌍 about #TransdisciplinaryReseach on #Migration&Human(Im)mobility in the context of #Environmental&ClimateChange We made great memories!

We are happy to share that our colleagues, @songlin-wang.bsky.social (AI & climate mobilities) and Ailín Benítez Cortés (climate mobilities in Costa Rica), have successfully completed their FÖPs and have officially become PhD candidates 📝 We wish them all the best for the next few years of research!

Christian Griebler, researcher & ECH-member, recently contributed to a new global model of groundwater temperature that predicts the effects of #ClimateChange on this subterranean #ecosystem. 🌍 ⤵

Last week we had the opportunity to celebrate our PhD candidates Medina Adulyarat and Magdalena Berger who presented their PhD projects on #AgingInPlace in Southern #Thailand and on #IndigenousGeographies and #ClimateAdaptation in #Ethiopia Looking forward to see how their research develops!
