It's a bummer because watching your Let's Plays, everything I've seen in the first three episodes you seem to learn pretty quickly and be having a good time with; it only seems like sometimes you're hesitant to just try things and see what happens? You can always save beforehand too.

...enough info for all kinds of players to understand the basics, without being so overbearing with tutorials and explanations that it gets in the way of simply playing. 🤷‍♂️

Most players have been pushing us to *reduce* the amount of info we're providing upfront.

We do have a fairly information-packed tutorial, an extensive in-game help section, and hundreds of tooltip hovers, so "nothing is adequately explained" does seem kinda harsh.

We are always open to improving. At the same time, in a deep game like this it is difficult to balance offering...

Sorry to hear! I know it is a lot of info upfront, but I'm surprised to hear it's been *that* impenetrable for someone with your experience in this genre. That isn't what we've heard from others. 😕

Could you give a few examples of things you felt were *basics* that you had to go to the wiki for?

ALWAYS check & verify the email address of ANY key request! Also beware of fake channels using stolen content on Twitch or YouTube, or Steam Curators requesting keys by email.

An email with legitimate-looking GamesRadar branding & design template formatting from someone claiming to be the "Content Partnerships Manager" at GamesRadar, requesting Steam keys so they play and cover the game on their YouTube channel and site. Links to the legitimate GamesRadar website and social channels in the signature. However, the email address the outreach is from is "gamesradar.plus.contact@gmail.com" -- legitimate business outreach from a site like GamesRadar would never come a gmail address instead of their own domain.
