Why is everyone talking about the legality of the 2nd boat strike? The FIRST strike & ANY boat strike of SUSPECTED DRUG SMUGGLERS is ILLEGAL, because it’s MURDER!!! First you need EVIDENCE presented in a court of law & then there might be a prison sentence, not the death penalty. The USA is insane!
