I noticed that as well after my dad died. It made it really hard to watch a lot of things. It’s better now, but every once in a while it’s just like a slap in the face.

I can’t remember which show but there was one where I had to skip an entire episode because it was too real.

I understand this is an attempt at being helpful, but 1. I wasn’t cutting them, 2. I was on step 3 of a multi-day process, 3. gloves don’t help if you are handling the peppers with gloved hands and then touch your face with the same gloved hands, 4. I’m very aware of how to handle peppers
