Their response: please clarify the misuse I believe has occurred. It has taken everything in me not to reply BECAUSE IF YOU AE A CREATIVE ATLEAST BE CREATIVE ENOUGH TO MAKE IT NOT LOOK LIKE A DIRECT COPY.
I sent them an email and a Cease and Desist with a note adding how talented there are it seems weird and uncreative that this is what they are doing. Also, I followed them on social media, did they not think I'd see.
Reading through their workshop listing was weird. It was like they'd put my description through ChatGPT and they were even using my slogan - minus one word. They'd used AI images, ine of which the Sewing machine was very wrong looking.
They then announced a series of workshops. One of which was similar to mine - fine. But one that is a direct copy. This is a workshop I have worked on since 2018. It is my unique workshop, which you can not do anywhere else. A workshop they have attended.
