Learning from 2025: The best way to respect your A players is to surround them with other A players. This is how you retain your top talent. We cannot expect people to give their all if we put someone alongside them who won't do the same. Hiring and team formation are as critical as the work itself.

I love Sonos, but canceling their video player is the right move. I am all in on them being my sound system but competing with my Apple TV...I don't see how that is a market where they could be seen as leaders, nor could they differentiate enough to get noticed. www.theverge.com/tech/628297/...
