Protesters have moved to the approved area away from the free speech zones setup by IDOT last week, after Broadview police along with ISP moved everyone with the threat of citation and arrest.

When I guessed Gary I was thinking entirely capacity for the plane itself and not capacity for the troops who are likely billeting for the night (and maybe the coming days) before being deployed. Grissom has that capacity, Gary doesn’t on such short notice.

Gary is my guess as it has the resources to handle them since that's where the Indiana Air National Guard has a station, and it can handle this type of equipment since they have to every year for the Chicago Air Water Show.
