When I guessed Gary I was thinking entirely capacity for the plane itself and not capacity for the troops who are likely billeting for the night (and maybe the coming days) before being deployed. Grissom has that capacity, Gary doesn’t on such short notice.

Gary is my guess as it has the resources to handle them since that's where the Indiana Air National Guard has a station, and it can handle this type of equipment since they have to every year for the Chicago Air Water Show.

ISP has moved protesters from the curb and past the sidewalk and are now in a standoff with protesters. Earlier a small group of protesters arrived by marching into the street and that caused officers to surge.

Current situation on 25th and Harvard just a lot of yelling and shouting between the opposing protest groups, with Cook County Sheriff’s police watching.
