I just worry I come across wrong when I tell people who ask me abt it that the literal only issue I’ve ever had with it is that if I’m closing other programs at the same time as I turn off Vanguard itself, I might sometimes get blue screened. But otherwise it has never caused me any issues ever 😭

I really really wish I knew why Vanguard is so evil but in like, a way where for some people it’s literally bricking their computers, and for others it’s literally the most unobstrusive program in the world to the point you forget about it completely. Like why is it like gambling to use it.

I think it's Level 45 where Kitasan card really hits its stride so if you get the uncap crystal you might want to use that too, I don't remember if half-anni has both an uncap and a selector.

but every time a new Star Fox thing releases there's like a 90% chance it's just Lylat Wars, again. Assault was an alt timeline telling of stuff and had unique gameplay that COULD be improved on. You COULD make a more character centric Star Fox, some people WOULD eat it up. But they won't make it.

But like, "just because" isn't really a good reason, and who are the fans who would actually play it? I mean it annoys me cause they aren't even giving the Assault-style approach a new shot tbh-

It's part of why I kind of don't like the 2nd game as much as the 1st one.

Are there more gameplay segments people appreciate that feel a little more in-depth than 1? Sure...

But the presentation of 1 with the Observatory, the occasional story bits and overall character REALLY sells it to me.
