Seriously, I can't recommend these enough for digital artists. Affordable, easily link via bluetooth, and you get 16 buttons for hotkeys in a single controller.
You can also save and sync up different profiles after configuring them via the app. Key combos included.

Please keep putting pressure on PayPal. Stories like this are becoming more and more common. Artists don’t deserve to lose their source of income over payment processors being puritanical/anti-small business.

They can release all the GBA/GameCube etc players they want for the Switch, but nothing beats playing on the original hardware for me.
