I remember jumping through hoops to get a copy of this on CD in 1998. Finally found a store with copies willing to send one to Canada in return for a money order. Took about a year to get it. 😂

U2's very first chart placement? October 31, 1979. "Three" hit the charts at #27 in Ireland. The tenth highest Irish release in the charts. What an 18th birthday present for Larry Mullen!

Marc Garneau inspired me. In 1984 he was the first Canadian in space at a time when my head was in the stars. He has an honorary degree from TUNS, where I studied Engineering, a career path he helped lead me to. I also got to meet him there in 90s.
Marc Garneau, the first Canadian to fly into space, has died.
He flew into space three times from 1984 to 2000. He spent 29 days, 2 hours and 1 minute in space.
Garneau later served in Parliament from 2008 to 2023.

Popped up in my memories today. Daniel Lanois certainly spoiled me. He was very surprised to see the “Falling at your Feet” single from the Netherlands. Was showing it off to his team. Think it may have been the first time he saw a copy of it. ❤️

No desire to watch Joe Rogan interview anyone, not even U2. It could be my own mother, back from the dead, and I’d give it a pass. (No need to tell me how good it is, or anything else…and good on Bono if he reaches anyone…But Rogan is completely distasteful to me.)

When Tony reached out today to ask if I wanted to see his photos, I saw the first one of Bono and Larry singing their smiles out…had to share. Best thing about doing this the last 30 years is fans letting you in to their experiences. ❤️
