It is really damn hard not to eat all the snow storm snacks I stocked up on. Like, they look so goooooood and I want them but I also don’t want to be cool ranch doritoless and French onion dipless in two days.

I usually consider boiling water a success. Tonight I made pita. FROM SCRATCH. This is my personality now. (I also made a knock-off version of chicken gyro meat.)

Antonio’s took over the old Jack in the Box on Gravois & Russell and is making our dreams come true! Mexican food, a massive menu, a sauce bar I took personally, breakfast options, and a drive-thru from morning to late night. This is what heaven looks like!

Pretty proud of myself tonight. I ate a piece of chicken that had a weird texture and I just chewed and swallowed it like a grown ass adult.
Also, I had a really great annual review & received nice praise at work.
But really, I am mostly proud of finishing that bite of chicken
