Tariffs have their place—I've worked in reshoring and manufacturing long enough to know that. But taxing culture like this? That’s not industrial strategy, that’s just cultural isolation. Theaters are already struggling. This won’t help.

Even as a Reform Jew I can appreciate how meaningful this is for so many people moments like these speak to something universal the desire for peace compassion and leadership that brings people together

Ignoring a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling should alarm anyone who cares about constitutional boundaries. As someone who believes in Tikkun Olam — repairing the world through responsibility and justice — I can’t stay quiet watching this kind of disregard for our democratic process.
