Do you prefer a percentage based chance of #uksnow on the new Outlook tab, or keeping it as the existing x/10 scale - this is for the outlook tab only!

Potentially could be a bit of #uksnow around tonight and into tomorrow. Looks light at best but if it is snowing where you are post your report and it will get added to the map at uksnowmap.com

Working on a #uksnow forecast feature for the app. The idea is to simplify a number of contributing snow factors down to a single "snow-chance" number (out of 10, obviously!) without getting too bogged down in the detail.

Next app update - added a label when there’s no mapped reports to make that clearer, and added a better photo viewer so you can swipe between photos. In review with Apple and Google now, should be released in the next few days. #uksnow

Should the @uksnowmap app have an in-app snow reporting option? This would mean you don’t need to send a #uksnow post on Bluesky / X for it to show up on the map…
