Kien Giang Restaurant in San Jose. They closed over 15 years but it was THE Vietnamese restaurant that had the best cua rang muối (salt and pepper crab). Their sauce was LIQUID CRACK and it was so good with rice! None of the other restaurants can hold up to it 😭

A lot of shit happened in 2025….but some positive highlights for me:
- I got my roommate into danmei
- My baby nephew missing me and demands cat video
- Met most of my favorite BG3 VAs
- Random encounter with Con O’Neill at a kspa
- Brought Chicken Bake into my home
- Went to my first BTS concert

Was invited for dinner last night at my uncle’s place which is mostly my older uncle & aunts there, and of course they always do karaoke which is mostly old Vietnamese classic and some english hits from their era, so when they finally pressure me to sing ended up picking a song from Guns n Roses 😂
