I got a story of something kinda similar, so as a kid I used to look at lightbulbs so then when looking away and blinking quickly I’d see little dark spots in my eyes for a minute and I’d watch them disappear
idk why I did this but thankfully I don’t have any eye damage from this

literally same twin, especially early episodes with Osaka are very relatable since I too came from a “interesting” place (I grew up in a village) and also a silly accent
also I too was kinda spacey (and still kinda am)
