I have been in a loop with a "virtual agent" trying to get something fixed that was incorrectly flagged by AI. Now trying to get that same AI to fix its own mistake. This is a company that we've worked with for nearly 20 years. Their customer service used to be great when it was run by humans.

I wanted the presidential election to go the other way. I think Harris/Waltz ran a good campaign. I'm bummed to see Harris second guessing and taking blame for the loss in her book. They were the better candidates. They lost because of big money influence, Russian interference, racism and misogyny.
