If Everton Women fail to beat Arsenal Women on Dec 13 at Goodison (which I’d suggest is very likely), it will become 7 matches at Goodison for Everton teams without a win, the longest winless run at home since 1998.
Attended 6 matches at Goodison this season (5 women, 1 men’s U21s) and yet to see an actual victory. 😭
Place is actually cursed now that the men’s first team has left there.

Some dickhead just ran on the pitch filming himself. Got chased off the pitch by a steward but then evaded the steward & ran under the Family Enclosure with the steward in chase.

Patterson sent off! Straight red. Everton down to 10 men. FFS

Interesting. Everton have applied for six overnight event licences for the Fan Plaza based on 'different time zones'.

World Cup fan park maybe?

Loads of misery guts on the GOT forum. Apparently Everton haven’t improved under Moyes, the league has just got worse.😭 Lots of COPE going on; they were wallowing in the misery of the Newcastle defeat & aren’t used to Everton bouncing back & being in the top half. Proper eye rolling stuff.

The last time there was a combined Goodison & Anfield attendance for matches taking place at the same time this big was January 3, 1981, FA Cup 3rd Round day, when 34240 were at Goodison to see EFC beat cup holders Arsenal 2-0, and 37170 were at Anfield to see LFC beat non-league Altrincham 4-1.
Traffic will be busy tonight with 61k at Anfield for LFC vs Sunderland, & circa 5k at Goodison.
This will be the biggest head to head since Jan 1981.
One good thing is our game is a 7pm KO & theirs is a 8:15pm KO, so our game will be over long before theirs, so traffic going home won’t be too bad.

TONIGHT! Everton U21s vs Real Madrid U21s at Goodison! They’ve opened Park End 5, which are the last sections they can open (6 & 7 nearest Bullens Road are permanently closed) so the Park End will be almost full if everyone with tix attend. Should be a crowd circa 5-6000, great for U21s! COYB!👏💙

After scoring, Jack Grealish ran to the Everton fans & kissed the badge. "I love the manager to pieces," he said after

His presence has brought a sense of belief back to the dressing room, making results like last night's possible again

Loved Grealish’s interview afterwards. It was very clear from his words alone how much he loves playing for Moyes, talking about how he makes him feel etc. We have an option to sign him in the summer & I think if we get into Europe, he’d stay. Maybe even if we’re not.
