We report upon finding the sun in the rain: it makes no rainbow behind our back, but we forgive it easily for that. Later, when it is gone, we miss it, and even later, when it comes back, we are grateful. All throughout, it keeps on raining all the kinds of rain we know.

my gamer(?) neighbour has a bunch of mates over and they’re all making obnoxious gamer(?) noises i think i should legally be permitted to Explode Them With My Mind. but alas all i can do is noise-cancelling earbuds & rain noises, which tbf does a good job at blocking them out…
